What is paper quilling

It is a paper art ,also known as Paper Filigree .It is made out of strips of paper that

are rolled , scrolled and then hand pressed into various shapes ,which are then

glued together to create beautiful designs and patterns.

You can get your quilling work framed or make greeting cards or give a beautiful

touch to envelopes, picture frames , photo albums or gifts.

The most easiest way to start off with is to make simple designs on greeting

cards( using a 'card stock' ) or envelopes .
